Us humans do not only have a physical body but also an energetic body. People are often aware of the tension they feel in their physical body, while they may not realize what’s going on in their energetic field.

Your energy functions like a field where information is stored in different layers. For the massage, I ask you to bring in a specific topic or theme to focus on. This helps to structure the energy reading. A theme might be something you regularly come up against in daily life.

While focusing on your theme, I pick up on the signals and stories within your energy field. I share this during the massage, making the experience more of a two-way exchange—less about “just a massage,” and more about insight through conversation.
